Modiphius Announcing: Five Go Mad in R'lyeh

MODIPHIUS ENTERTAINMENT is proud to announce the next major role-playing game license for 2017, when the Famous Five meets Cthulhu in a unique gaming experience entitled “Five Go Mad in R’lyeh”. The game is being developed in parallel with a Kickstarter campaign that will launch at tea time today! As well as the core rulebook, which will cover campaign play as George, Julian, Dick, Anne and Timmy the dog, supplements are planned as stretch goals to unlock, including: Five Go Ga-Ga with the Mi-Go, Five Go Fishing in Innsmouth, Five Atop the Mountains of Madness and a merchandising stretch goal of “lashings and lashings of ginger beer”, to be delivered in wave 2 as soon as Her Majesties Office of Weights & Measures inform us exactly much one 'lashing' is. Miniatures of our favourite main characters will be sculpted and produced to be used in conjunction with the Achtung! Cthulhu Miniatures line. Speaking to a press conference of pensioners, who had grown up with the first edition of the Famous Five, Chris Birch said, “It's always been a dream of mine to send children to their doom by way of elder gods. Especially kids who are far too adventurous for their own good.” Asked if this was just some lazy gaming mash up, Chris Birch, publisher, replied, “Nah”, before breaking out into a mad chant of, “Ia!
