Just the playtest two document
In playtest One we used the Attributes Courage and Daring. In playtest two we changed these to Daring and Aggression. Which did you prefer?
*
Daring and Courage
Aggression and Daring
Neither - i prefer more standard RPG attributes
Either - So long as they're well defined it doesn't matter that much.
Do you think 6 Attributes are too many?
*
Yes - 5 would be better
Yes - 4 would be better
Yes - 3 would be better
No
In playtest 1 we had 6 damage trackers, In playtest 2 we reduced this to 3 trackers. which did you prefer?
*
One tracker per Attribute (6 at present)
Fewer trackers (3 at present)
Did your Playtest group understand the mechanic of using the Combined/Best/Worst attributes for tests?
*
Yes - and we liked it
Yes - but it needs to go. Please reduce this to a simpler system.
No.
In playtest 1 we used threat from the regular 2d20 system. In Playtest 2 we removed this as a feature. Do you think...
*
Threat isn't needed - leave it out
Threat is useful - please retain threat.
In playtest two we removed Luck as a feature. Should we...
*
Continue to remove luck?
Retain Luck as described in Playtest One?
Retain it, but use the standard 2d20 rules for fortune (i.e. Luck counts as if you've rolled a 1 on a d20)
Do you think Momentum was too easy to get?
*
Yes - reduce the number of successes you can get off a D20.
Yes - Increase the cost of Momentum spends
Yes - Do both of the above
Yes - Other suggestion
No.
Did you feel the cast of thousands resolved the issue with multiple NPCs facing the PCs
*
Yes - and its fine
Yes - but something simpler would be prefered
No - I'd prefer to just spend momentum to kill a minion NPC
Does defending need further explanation in the next playtest document
*
Yes - and an example or 2
Yes - a single example will be fine
No
Did you like the momentum=damage rules
*
Yes - they were fine
Yes - but can we make it simpler and just roll dice?
Yes - but can we just use static damage instead?
No - Weapons should do independent damage.
Did you think that the extra actions that could be bought with momentum were...
*
All too cheap
All too expensive
Balanced OK.
Some were too cheap and some too expensive.
Looking forward to when characters gain XP and improvements Would you prefer
*
to purchase or unlock certain perks, bonuses, titles, and in-game resources?
a system that provides specific bonuses directly related to particular adventures and deeds?
A bit of both
